The Minnesota Clay Co., 612 Germania Life Bldg., St. Paul, Minn., has been incorporated with $300,000 capital stock. They will build a plant to make paving brick at Coon Creek, Minn. George Shellenberger is president; F. D. Kendrick, vice-president, and V. C. Gilman, secretary and treasurer.
