Another Change in Brick Yard Property. The New Firm Burkhart Bros, & Simons. The Burkhart Bros., have sold a half interest in their Brick yard and Brick yard fixtures to Henry and John Simons, and together they have purchased the David Ulmer property situated on the outskirts of the village, consisting of three acres of land and a couple of lots, paying him $3,500, for the same. The property lies just across the creek from the brick yard, and contains one of the best clay deposits in the village. The firm informs us that it is their intention to push the business along at a lively rate the next season, should the season be any ways favorable.
